We specialize exclusively in self-storage. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and ownership of multiple storage facilities across three states, we understand both the operational and financial sides of this business.

Many of the owners we work with built their facilities from the ground up. They handled the late-night gate calls, the rent collections, and the maintenance themselves. We respect that. Our goal is not to erase what you built — it’s to continue it with strong systems, professional management, and long-term ownership.

We look for facilities that may benefit from updated processes, improved management systems, and operational efficiencies. We bring structure, technology, and disciplined oversight — while maintaining the relationships and reputation that made the property successful in the first place.

Anthony, founder of Impact Storage and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, oversees acquisitions and operations directly. His background includes wholesaling over 1,000 homes, renovating and repositioning properties, and managing rental portfolios. That experience translates into disciplined underwriting, reliable execution, and the ability to close.

We are long-term owners. We do not buy with the intent to flip quickly. Our focus is steady improvement, stable operations, and responsible growth.
